It's not often that you see a Red Knot and a Buff-breasted Sandpiper together.

Chris spotted this Cabbage White butterfly. Initially it looked like the butterfly was feeding on a yellow flower. Maybe the butterfly thought that was what was supposed to be happening, too. But closer examination showed a different story unfolding. Instead the butterfly had found a Goldenrod Crab Spider (Misumena vatia).
