Remarks: One bird found by Kevin Richmond on 16 August 2023, then two birds seen (by a number of individuals) on 27 August 2023 and again on 28 August 2023. On 16 September 2023, Matt Misewicz photographed a Limpkin in a portion of the NWR that is off-limits to the general public, and this bird was seen again there by Andy Gilbert on 21 September 2023.
