Remarks: eBird record. First observed by Randy Schiller (audio recording) on 29 May 2021, then independently discovered by Keith McMullen on 30 May. Reports of two birds included eBird checklists of Jan Hansen on 10 Jun (two males chasing each other), Colin Dobson and Tony Ward on 21 Jun (two males chasing each other), Mike Avara and Michael Ward on 21 Jun (one male and one female), Don and Ted Hartzler on 10 Jul (two males seen), Travis DeNeal on 17 Jul (one male and one female-plumaged bird), Mike Thelan on 17 Jul (two birds heard singing simultaneously), and Ian on 18 Jul (one male seen while a different bird was singing).
