Remarks: The bird is said to have been initially photographed by B.J. Worth who showed the photograph to Thomas B. Lally and Michelle C. Devlin, who identified the bird. It may have independently been discovered and identified by Dave Richardson. However, it would seem that Worth's photographing of the bird came earlier.
