Number of birds: two, possibly as many as six
Remarks: A dark morph juvenile was present during 1-7 September 2013; two individuals were noted during 3-7 September 2013; a report of six was published in Meadowlark vol. 23, no. 2, p. 70. This record was first reviewed at the 12 January 2014 meeting of IORC meeting, at which votes of five of the seven Members were obtained to supplement the Secretary's vote. However, the other Member requested further time to review the documentation but did not have an opportunity to do so. This incomplete circulation was suspended, with the evidence circulated anew to the Committee membership in mid-2019.
